Technology Solutions and Consulting cc was established in February 2002 by two members Rudolf De Kock and Xavier Gerber. Our combine knowledge stretches over 40 years. The company was use initially as a side-line and to keep up with the ever-changing Information Technology arena as well as making something extra from services we offered. Both Members being employed permanently elsewhere it was intended to be a fall back when needed.

Over the next few years Rudolf mainly run the business and kept all in place but still running it as a site line company and maintain customers and help small new customers as and when needed. Supplier base and contracts was setup and maintained by Rudolf and are still in place today.

In April 2019 I decided to go on my own and created the Company TSC Computing Services Pty Ltd. With a lot of experience built up over 25 years as a manager of specialize software and support and Service Delivery Manager at 3 big corporations, working remotely has become part of my live for many years. With the resend pandemic it has become even more evidence that I can supply a service to a lot more people than ever before that were cut off from getting IT support.

All my assets build-up over the years as well as experience were transfer to the new company TSC Computing Services Pty Ltd. With the ever-changing world and now more available internet in place for the normal households and small to medium business more opportunities arise for small Information Technology business like mine.

Now the business solely run by Rudolf new clients and new suppliers was added to the list. Service Contract was signed with customer to maintain their install base of hardware and software on n monthly bases including the much-needed backups that left them stranded to perform their daily tasks to their client base. Over the past year lots of effort and time was put in place to make this as easy as possible to the clients but ensuring that there installs base stay in tip top shape monthly. A lot was check and rechecked few changes was made to give them the control but still left them feeling that they have an IT expert on call when needed. The most important for small business they cannot effort to have a permanent IT expert on their payroll. But your one two or many assets (Computer, Laptop, Small Network, Printers, and related Software) how unsignificant or low cost it might be to other big Information Technology Companies are in working order to insure you can maintain your high service towards you clients. In the unlikely event of crash your much needed data for continuing your business as well as having your data readily available for tax purpose. This gives you as business also a bit of ease. In this technology age we are living in our Computers, Personal or Company asset and most important our DATA is of the utmost importance to run your business and or sometimes our lives.
